The Canon EF 28mm f/2.8 IS USM is a new wide-angle prime lens. Boasting built-in image stabilisation and fast and quite auto-focusing, the EF 28mm f/2.8 IS USM is a more affordable but still very capable alternative to Canon's professional wide-angle primes. Product description. The Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L USM is not a new lens, but still offers very good performance on both full-frame and APS-C DSLRs. Optical construction includes four UD (ultra low-dispersion) elements to correct chromatic aberrations, and it is compatible with Canon's Extender EF 1.4x II and 2x II teleconverters.
In this video I test out the RF 24-70 2.8 on a Photoshoot with my friend Amanda! I also share some of my thoughts on the performance in the real world – sort
The Sigma 28-70mm f/2.8 EX DG Lens features a fast, fixed 9-blade aperture ranging from f/2.8 to f/22. Again, you probably will want to avoid f/2.8 over most of the focal length range. A 67mm filter diameter keeps the Sigma 28-70's objective end reasonably small. Not many lenses share this filter diameter (the Canon EF 70-200mm f/4 L USM Lens
I quickly assessed the focal length needs and mounted a Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L II USM Lens on a Canon EOS 5Ds R. Lightning strikes tend to be random in location and, with the extreme resolution of the 5Ds R, I could afford to shoot with a wider focal length and crop into the frame for the shorter and more-distant lightning bolts.

The Canon RF 28-70mm f/2 L USM does not feature Image Stabilisation, instead relying on its fast aperture of f/2 top help when shooting in low-light. It's worth noting that virtually all other top-of-the-range zoom lenses typically offer a maximum aperture of f/2.8, a whole stop slower than the RF 28-70mm f/2 L USM, which is one of the
