My F800GS came with stock Standard seat height. Too high for me. So, shortly after getting my used 2012 F800GS, I ordered a Seat Concepts Low seat. Used that Low seat for about a year and recently purchased a Seat Concepts Touring seat. The Low and Touring seat are in same height range. But, Touring version is FAR more comfortable. I have an 2011 1200GS with a standard seat. For me, the Sargent low is lower than the standard seat. Just measuring the lowest part of each seat, I found that the Sargent was about 1 inch lower. I can get about 30 minutes on the BMW standard seat before my butt starts to hurt, with the Sargent I get 45 to 50 minutes.

And this week I have the BMW low seat fitted (I'm similar height to you although 13 stone - mainly beer!) and can nearly flat foot with it - I am finding that better for commuting.
