Citroen Berlingo 1.6 hdi - Fuel rail pressure low- fault code P1113 - Karl M G : Hi, i've got a bit of a troublesome problem with my 2006 Berlingo 1.6 hdi. The problem started about a week ago, when the engine gets warm and you go above 2500rpm the engine starts to splutter and cut out.

What's the service interval for the gearbox fluid change on the 2015 1.6 hdi berlingo van. I've just made enquiry about this at a local dealer when booking an annual service and he reckons it's sealed unit which the fluid will last a life time, now I've heard this on a auto transmission but not a manual. So is he talking loads of rubbish? Thanks

2/ The starter motor has a little metal bracket fastened to it to support wiring tray. There's a 13mm spanner size (normal external hex head) bolt securing this to the starter. Needs removal before starter can be removed. It sits closer to the engine block than No 3 capscrew: Views: 14055 (Unique 7338) Member Rating : 8.0 - 4 votes : FAQ Posted
1. permanent fault, cylinder reference signal short circuit between 2 wires or open circuit. 2. Permanent fault, Fuel pressure signal pressure coherence. I have erased the fault codes and put the old pulley back on, but with the same result. No start and the fault codes comes back while cranking.
any help be much appreciated thanks in advance. Yes, take the belt off and turn the the crank & camshaft until you get the timing marks in position, you will have to "feel" your way so do it gently and slowly. You may reach a point where you feel resistance and you can't turn the crank any further, in that case try to turn the camshaft (only Using a flashlight, locate the starter mounting bolts, the upper bolt may be slightly hidden, also there may be two or three bolts. Use a 13mm wrench or socket to remove them, (sizes may vary). Now, the starter will become free from the bell housing or block, it weighs a few pounds so grasp the starter firmly and remove it from the engine bay BERLINGO / BERLINGO FIRST Box Body/MPV (M_) 1.1 i (MAHDZ, MBHDZ, MBHFX) (1996 - 2008) 1.4 i (MBKFX, MBKFW) (1996 - 2011) 1.9 D (MBDJY) (1996 - 2003) 1.9 D 70 (MBWJZ, MCWJZ) (1999 - 2011) 1.9 D 70 4WD (MBWJZ, MCWJZ) (1998 - 2006) 2.0 HDI 90 (MBRHY, MCRHY) (1999 - 2011) 1.4 i bivalent (MBKFW) (2003 - 2005) 1.4 bivalent (2002 - 2011) 1.8 i (1998 - 2002) 2.0 HDI 90 4WD (MBRHY, MCRHY) (2000 - 2005 x2aZY.
